SaltSweeet is seeking a producer (senior project manager)who will lead the development, delivery and maintenance of global-scale, integrated digital solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who is a leader and an integrator who can work with cross-functional teams--management, strategy, user experience, creativity and technology--through the project lifecycle, including concept design, content creation, development, user testing and deployment.

Each day, you’ll spearhead the creation of frameworks, tools, best practices, and standards for program and project management. You will be responsible for leading the agency process and how to best match it with client requests. You’ll lead all relevant resources in the creation of budgets and timelines and will collaborate with account management in the creation of proposals, statements of work, and change requests. You’ll own all aspects of the agile project management cycle including maintaining backlogs, scheduling and leading internal and client meetings, and producing backend estimating and tracking.

You have demonstrated the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and scrum teams with limited management oversight. You have been the client-facing representative for an organization and have been responsible for creating a healthy working partnership with clients. You work well under pressure, are highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
